Burger over Rice and Mixed Veg

This burger variation is delicious, nutritious, and can be made quick and easy.
Needing some variety from so many potatoes? This burger and rice dish will taste great and leave you feeling full. I know my ingredients show canned veg but of course fresh veg are always better, but to get it made quick I use canned.
Start your rice 2 cups of water med-high heat and add 1 cup of rice and vegan butter
Start your burgers on med heat with cracked pepper and minced onion.
When rice starts to boil reduce heat and cover.
After about 15 min all the water should be absorbed into the rice. I like to add a couple dashes g-f soy sauce. Stir in a can of mixed veg.
Chopped or diced, mix it in the rice or just top it off with your burger and enjoy!
