Welcome to Hangry Hatters!

Serves 1

Ready in just a couple of min!

A quick, healthy, and naturally delicious way to get a lot of the vitamins and nutrients the way we were supposed to get them. We love our Ninja blender! Single cup or full pitcher it works great, and it wasn’t even an expensive one. The single cup works best if you are adding dry ingredients.

The possibilities are endless when it comes to smoothies. With a little research, these can actually be made to help heal many ailments. I like to experiment and will be posting our favorites! I always start one of two ways. Don’t be afraid to experiment with extra fruits, vegetables, protein powders, herbs and root extracts. They all have different health benefits.

Step 1

In single cup add ingredients in order from frozen to soft and any peanut butter or powders on top.

Step 2

Blend until smooth

It’s never as quick as it is on the infomercials lol!

Make it a protein shake!

This Coconut Protein blend is gluten-free and vegan and very high in protein!

Allergic to Coconut? PB fit also makes a gluten-free and vegan protein powder! Or just use peanut butter like we do!

I’ve recently purchased the newer Ninja and the cups are larger and have awesome spill-proof lids! Getting some extra cups makes things convenient as we use the hell out of this thing haha! I’m probably even going to get an extra blade as well.
